Donny began his appraisal career in April of 2006 when he was fortunate enough to take a pre-licensing course being taught
by Joe Chico, Lisa DeBardi and Jim Shumaker. After the course he joined The Goodfellow Agency in Frostburg, MD as an
Appraiser Trainee to William "Bill" Davis. In September of that year he was contacted by Joe & Lisa regarding
an opening with their company that had recently become available. Needless to say, he was thrilled to have the opportunity
to gain Commercial Appraisal experience. Over the next three years he worked to obtain the education and experience
hours required to obtain his General Appraiser Certificate. In October of 2009 he was approved as a State Certified
General Appraiser, one of very few to ever go straight from Apprentice to Certified General. In December of 2009, Donny
was approved as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Donny's
experience in commercial properties includes the appraisal of apartment complexes, convenience stores, neighborhood strip
centers, office buildings, warehouse space and sub-division analysis. His residential experience includes single family
homes, two-four unit buildings as well as vacation & resort properties. Additionally, Donny
is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the State of Maryland. He resides in Frostburg, MD with his wife and two daughters.
