Michelle began her appraisal career in 2006 as an Apprentice Appraiser with a West Virginia appraisal company where she had been working since 2002.  In August 2008, she joined Chico Appraisal Services as a Licensed Residential Appraiser.  Since joining the staff at Chico Appraisal Services, Michelle gained her State Certified Residential Appraiser license in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.  Michelle plans to pursue a Certified General Certificate.

Michelle is currently an FHA approved appraiser specializing in single family residential properties and vacant land.  During her career with Chico Appraisal Services she has gained experience in Commercial and Eminent Domain appraisal.
