Greg began his appraisal career in 1998, with pre-licensing course and internship with local real estate appraisers in
the Morgantown and Fairmont areas. During his time, he worked a full time employment position for the Morgantown Police Department
until retiring in 2003. In 2004, he was given the opportunity to join Chico Appraisal Services. Since starting
at Chico Appraisal Services, he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in both residential, commercial, condemnation
and eminent domain appraisal. His experience has predominately been in Residential appraisals
of all types such as single family residential, two-four unit apartments, estates and marital distributions. Greg's
experience in commercial appraisals has been to assist in office buildings, neighborhood strip centers, warehouses and apartment
complexes. Greg has also assisted in project work that included land acquisitions for public utilities and new roadway
construction. Greg currently is a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser, (WV #LR0799) for
the state of West Virginia. Currently he is working towards an upgrade to Certified Residential status.
