Randy began his appraisal career with Chico Appraisal Services in September 2007, shortly after graduating from West
Virginia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. Randy has gained extensive
experience in Machinery and Equipment, Commercial, Residential, Condemnation and Eminent Domain appraisal. Randy
currently holds an Appraiser Apprentice Permit (WV#A10590) for the state of West Virginia. He is pursuing the experience
and educational requirements to become a Certified General Appraiser. Also, Randy has been a licensed Real Estate Professional
in the state of West Virginia since 2006.
