Randy began his appraisal career with Chico Appraisal Services in September 2007, shortly after graduating from West
Virginia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies. Randy has gained extensive
experience in Machinery and Equipment, Commercial, Residential, Condemnation and Eminent Domain appraisal. Randy
currently holds a Certified Residential Appraiser Certificate (#CR1077) for the state of West Virginia. He is pursuing
the experience and educational requirements to become a Certified General Appraiser. Also, Randy has been a licensed
Real Estate Professional in the state of West Virginia since 2006.
